Richard Hatt
Head Golf Professional
Richard started at the club in 1993 and has been the Head Professional since 1997. Richard was awarded the 2019 Victorian PGA Club Professional of the Year.

Tom Dreher
Senior Assistant Professional
Tom started his time at the club as a Trainee Professional in 2005. After a stint playing on the China PGA Tour in 2011, he returned to Royal Melbourne to become one of the key Senior Assistant Professionals.

Senior Assistant Professional
Richard started his time at the club as a Trainee Professional in 2011. After finishing his time Richard moved up to be a Senior Assistant Professional with a passion for teaching and club-fitting.

Ben Pisani
Senior Assistant Professional
Ben started his time at the club as a Trainee Professional in 2018. After finishing his time Ben moved up to be a Senior Assistant Professional. He was awarded Australian PGA Trainee of the year in 2017 and 2019.

Jade Shellback
Senior Assistant Professional
Jade started her time at the Cub as a Trainee Professional in 2020. Prior to starting her Traineeship Jade attended college in Missouri and then played on the ALPG Tour in Australia.
Ryan McCarthy
Senior Teaching Professional
Ryan started his time at the club in 2023 as our Senior Teaching Professional. His passion for teaching developed during his 10 years of playing professionally around the world.

Women's Apparel Manager
Sue started her time at the Club in 1998. Sue's passion for fashion has led to her creating a reputation in the industry as a leader in Women's Clothing for Pro shops.

Blake Glennie
Trainee Professional
Blake started his time at the club in 2023 as a Trainee Professional. Before coming to Royal Melbourne he was a practicing physiotherapist. He hopes you use his knowledge of movement science and exercise physiology to help golfers of all abilities.
Kieran Vogels
Assistant Professional
Kieran started his time at the Club as a Trainee Professional in 2018. after finishing his time Kieran moved up to be Assistant Professional
